NiftYard Clips for Life™ Program Terms & Conditions

The NiftYard Clips for Life™ Program is our way of helping keep your leaf bag holder working for years to come.

1. Eligibility

The Clips for Life™ Program is available for genuine NiftYard® Leaf Bag Holders registered within 15 days of purchase. Proof of purchase, registration date, ownership, or product authenticity may be requested before replacement clips are provided.

2. Program Benefit

If you lose or accidentally damage one or more original NiftYard® bag clips during normal household use, NiftYard will provide, at no charge, the number of replacement clips and attachment cords reasonably necessary to restore your leaf bag holder to normal operation, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Shipping Area

Complimentary replacement clips are currently available only to addresses within the United States.

4. Fair Use

The Clips for Life™ Program is intended for occasional replacement during normal consumer use. To ensure the program remains available for all customers, NiftYard reserves the right to: request proof of purchase, verify product ownership, limit excessive or unreasonable replacement requests, deny requests resulting from abuse, misuse, commercial use, product modification, or fraudulent activity.

5. Product Coverage

This program applies only to the original bag clips and attachment cords supplied with genuine NiftYard® Leaf Bag Holders. The program does not cover the leaf bag holder frame or other product components. Replacement clips and attachment cords may differ slightly in appearance from the original components but will be functionally equivalent. NiftYard reserves the right to substitute comparable replacement components if the original components are no longer available.

6. Changes to the Program

NiftYard reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Clips for Life™ Program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect replacement requests that have already been approved prior to such changes.

7. Privacy

Information submitted during registration will be used to: verify product ownership, process replacement requests, provide customer support, send important product or safety information, occasionally provide information about new NiftYard products or promotions. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Clips for Life™ Program is provided as a voluntary customer service benefit and does not extend or replace any warranty that may apply under applicable law. NiftYard's responsibility under this program is limited solely to providing replacement clips and attachment cords in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Our goal is simple: if your NiftYard® Leaf Bag Holder is still in use, we want to help keep it that way.
