Warranty Coverage

NiftYard Adjustable Leaf Bag Holder (the "Product") is warranted to the original purchaser (the "Consumer") against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase (the "Warranty Period"). This warranty is provided by StarGed Global LLC. ("we" or "us") and is valid only for Consumers who reside within the United States territory.

Warranty Claims

If the Product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship within the Warranty Period, we will, at our sole discretion, either repair or replace the defective part free of charge. This warranty does not cover parts that exhibit signs of normal wear and tear, discoloration, or other cosmetic changes that do not affect the functionality of the Product.

Claim Process

(1) Initiate a Claim: To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Service through our website www.niftyard.com with the required information: purchase date, Amazon order number, and description of the issue. (2) Shipping Instructions: If the claim is approved, you will be instructed to ship the damaged part to our facility. You are responsible for shipping costs to send the part to us. We will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement part back to you. (3) Inspection and Determination: Once the damaged part is received, our team will inspect it to determine the cause of the defect. If the defect is covered by this warranty, we will proceed with the repair or replacement.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover: (1) parts showing signs of wear, discoloration, or cosmetic changes that do not affect the functionality of the Product, (2) damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance, (3) any modifications or repairs made by unauthorized persons or entities.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, this warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part, and in no event shall we be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.

Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
